WHAT TO EXPECT
SCHEDULE YOUR PERSONAL TRAINING
You'll first meet with our head coach to discuss your goals and experience. Upon signing up for a membership, we'll schedule your three onboarding personal training sessions at times that work best for you.

MEET WITH A TRUSTED PT
Included in the cost is an introductory visit with Onward Madison, our trusted partner for all our physical therapy needs. Here you can go over any nagging aches/pains, past injuries, or mobility restrictions you may have so that you're ready and able to hit the ground running with us.

LEARN TO MOVE WITH GOOD FORM
In three personal training sessions, you'll learn how to lift properly and refine your technique, get valuable exposure to our equipment and movements, and get to experience our typical class structure before jumping into group classes.
