We have members from all ages and backgrounds with personal goals ranging from keeping up with their kids to looking better in a t-shirt and competing in CrossFit.

I've been a member at Unbroken Strength for about seven months, and I feel like I'm in my best shape since high school. WHAT TO EXPECT
IN CLASS

CLASS BRIEFING + WARMUP

Once set up in your own station, a coach will lead you through a breakdown of what to expect in class, followed by a warmup to properly prepare your body for class.

 

STRENGTH

Build muscle and strength with barbells, kettlebells, or dumbbells with expert coaching to improve your form and skill every day.

 

CONDITIONING

Move through multiple movements in a variety of time domains to get some extra hypertrophy in, ramp up your aerobic capacity, and get sweaty with a push from the rest of the athletes in class.

 

Conditioning work can include anything from bodyweight burners and gymnastic skills to strongman equipment and barbell cycling, all scalable with our level method to meet you where you’re at and push your limits.

 

EXTRA CREDIT

Typically extra bro work and abs 💪
