Try out our group classes free all week. See below for our class schedule and more information about our classes!

This is a great way to meet likeminded people, especially this week! You can expect there to be plenty of others who are also new to our classes, so you won't ever feel like the odd one out.

ZERO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

(Seriously!) Your coach will walk you through ways to scale all movements in terms of skill and strength.

There are members of all ages, levels, and goals here, and we just want to make sure you're having a good time! Working out is supposed to be more 

All you need to do is show up, and we'll walk you through everything you need to know!

SATURDAY IS OUR
"OPEN HOUSE"

Cap off the week on Saturday morning with a free partner workout, giveaways, and refreshments. 

Saturday workouts are usually where you get to meet other members from classes you may not have attended during the week! 

Every class you attend during Bring a Friend Week earns you an entry to the giveaways!

Get stronger + fitter in 60 minute classes.

Sometimes the very last thing you want on your plate is to figure out what you're going to do once you get to the gym. Show up and let the coach take the wheel, knowing we're not just here to make you sweat. We train with intent, and we want every day to get you closer to your goals.

We all know how easy it is to bail mid-workout on your own. You're going to stick it out when class has started and everybody else is pushing through!

New to strength training?
You'll be completely fine joining classes, but we also offer 1-on-1 prep sessions with our head personal trainer if you're interested! Chat with us if you'd like to meet prior to Bring a Friend week!

WHO'S A GOOD FIT?

We have members from all ages and backgrounds with personal goals ranging from keeping up with their kids to looking better in a t-shirt and competing in CrossFit.

If you think you aren't ready to do this, then you're a better fit than you think.

We will happily point you to several of our long-term members who thought they could never do this, gave us a try, and haven't looked back.
