We have members from all ages and backgrounds with personal goals ranging from keeping up with their kids to looking better in a t-shirt and competing in CrossFit.
I've been a member at Unbroken Strength for about seven months, and I feel like I'm in my best shape since high school. The quality of the coaching is fantastic, and the community is incredibly welcoming. I've been a member of other gyms in the past, but Crossfit and bodybuilding are new to me. Mike makes sure the classes are accessible for all fitness and experience levels, and under his instruction I feel like I've made huge fitness strides in a short time.
